I think it's nicer to have only the ones displayed that the property has, not all the ones that it doesn't have... to much noise on the page.

have a search field for specific locations
For instance, if someone wants to find accommodations in a certain area of a city, it would be great for them to be able to do an internal search for that rather than sift through all the rentals in the city...

The deposit
The tenants should deposit a certain sum of money in the hands of the owner.
But the owner doesn't work with credit cards.
Maybe the "Isralet" could register the deposit and release it to the owner in case of posibile damages .8 votes -

The beds
The field beds should actually be split into 2 fields:
"Double Bed" and "Single Bed" so the customer knows if there is for instance 1 double bed and 2 single beds instead of 3 beds.4 votes -
Have the option to search in general areas, as opposed to it being required to select a city.
Not everyone cares exactly where they are, I'm just looking for a nice zimmer with a private pool. More filtering options would be nice- like selecting places that have a pool, etc.

Include a direct contact to the host
I was happy to find your website in my search for an apartment rental for my upcoming trip. There were several apartments that looked promising and I sent them all inquiries. I'm finding it difficult and frustrating keeping track of my correspondence with them as every response comes from the same e mail address with the same subject line. I have many questions and have a dialogue with a few different potential renters. It's impossible to differentiate which person the e mail is coming from without first opening the email and clicking on the link. Then I have to go…

Sub Total when booking
Subtotal (when trying to book) does not include the additional amount for an additional person. (if defined). It shows only on next page (booking form)
I think the person who books wants to see the total on the first page and not be surprised the second page with additional charges.3 votes -

How about adding an option on your website giving customers an opportunity to write reviews about properties they have stayed at?

I LIKE YOU NEW WEB SITE.. HOWEVER IF I TYPE IN TIBERIAS 10 PEOPLE IS SHOWS NO RESULTS! MY Apt is 4 br and sleeps 10 on my site and it doesnt
please show on your web site the exact listing that coordinates with the questions being asked. such as : how many bed rooms, how many beds, how many people etc... so that when the person inputs there answers they see the apts that are available for that area.

Charge a flat fee
I am not at all interested in having to communicate with potential rentors via the web site, as a way for you to get paid. As a matter of fact, I would probably not list here if that is going to remain the rule. I would much rather pay a flat fee so I can communicate freely, via email, FaceBook, etc

Congratulations!
Congratulations with the new look....better but a lot of work still need to be done:
The uploaded pictures were never displayed well and are still displayed the same...all blurred and out of perspective, big or smal tried it all, they never look right and it counts for all properties, would be great you would solve that! The site would be visual so much more attractive with great pictures to show :-)A B&B is 1 property with several rooms. Each room needs a calendar and you don't have that. Very important!

(1) Confusing:
Israel Vacation Rentals, Holiday Rentals & Vacation HomesSelect from our wide range of short term israel vacation rentals
now comes an entry space. I entered Jerusalem. Got don't know Jerusalem.
(2) Map before listing? Going from one page to next, one has to scroll down the map. Not good.
(3) price range is a must. My apartment in Jerusalem is a 125 $ a night, holidays and all events! Never found my apartment. No idea how somebody did find me yesterday. With a price range, my chances to get a hit should be better.

Really nice! Add a field for free text on the Amenities page
The Amenities section is limiting -- you should add a field at the bottom that lets the renter enter clarifying info (ex, I don't have a balcony but do offer yard access; I don't have a kitchen per se but do provide microwave and toaster oven; I have heating/cooling but also want to specify that the guest has control over the temperature level)
