fill the new gap created by Airbnb's West Bank decision
I am an active, years-long Airbnb host (in fact, currently a SuperHost), NOT located in the West Bank and left wing in my political views however am outraged by Airbnb's delisiting of West Bank rentals. I feel they have acted inappropriately in taking a stand on a complex geopolitical issue in which they have no place. My visceral reaction to the Airbnb announcement was to say I would discontinue my Airbnb hosting immediately -- however that would mean walking away from a good hosting reputation I have built up over time. I know other Israeli hosts feel the same and have the same conflict. It would be brilliant if Isralet would step in and "replace" Airbnb in Israel. It would also be brilliant if it would enable hosts to post reviews by their Airbnb guests on their Isralet listings; this would enable hosts like me to close out their Airbnb accounts that much sooner. Do consider taking this step!
