How do I get paid?
During the booking process, guests MUST use their credit-card or Paypal account, to secure a down-payment.
This amount is charged from the guest directly, only after the host (or listing's owner), has confirmed the availability of the property and confirmed the booking.
The owner is responsible for charging the remaining sums directly from the guest.
Most owners prefer to charge between 30% to 50% in advance, through Paypal and to ask the guest to sign a contract.

Keep in mind, that since they guest is paying a down-payment once the booking is confirmed, the like-hood of fake bookings is relatively lower than before.
